1. LIMITED WARRANTY
Toysv LLC warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. WHAT IS COVERED
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the flight controller, motors, ESC, or frame that are present out of the box.
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Items that do not function immediately upon delivery. You must report DOA items within 48 hours of receipt.
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (CRASH POLICY)
Due to the nature of the radio control hobby, this warranty EXPLICITLY DOES NOT COVER:
- Crash Damage: Any damage caused by pilot error, loss of orientation, signal interference, or environmental factors (trees, buildings, water).
- Water Damage: Any malfunction caused by exposure to water, rain, or moisture.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by using incompatible batteries, propellers, or unauthorized firmware modifications.
- Normal Wear: Depletion of consumable parts such as batteries, propellers, and motor bearings.
4. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
To initiate a warranty claim, please email [email protected] with your Order ID and a detailed description (photos/video) of the issue. Do not return any items without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
