Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the US typically takes 5-12 business days. Please note: Since our products contain high-performance lithium batteries, they require special safety handling, which may occasionally add slight transit time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging. Important: If you simply changed your mind (buyer’s remorse), you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and repackaging. Please contact [email protected] for an RMA number before returning.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) issues. Please Note: Due to the nature of hobby-grade equipment, this warranty does NOT cover crash damage, water damage, or issues caused by pilot error.
What comes in the box?
The Falcon 1 package includes the drone, remote controller, 1 intelligent battery, fast charger, 4 spare propellers, and a user manual. Everything you need to start flying immediately!
Do I need to register my drone?
In the United States, drones weighing over 250g (0.55 lbs) must be registered with the FAA. As a pilot, you are responsible for complying with local laws and maintaining a visual line of sight while flying.
