By purchasing and operating any drone, RC vehicle, or related equipment from Toysv LLC, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that operating Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment damage, property damage, and personal injury. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the operation of the product.
- Compliance with Regulations: You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the operation of drones.
- For US Customers: You agree to comply with all FAA regulations, including Part 107 rules or The Exception for Recreational Flyers, Remote ID requirements, and registration for drones weighing over 0.55 lbs (250g).
- Liability Waiver: Toysv LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the misuse, crash, modification, improper maintenance, or loss of control of our products.
- Privacy & Ethics: You agree not to use our products to violate the privacy rights of others or to conduct illegal surveillance.
SECTION 2 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior authorization.
